笑う国ブータンの国王が10年ぐらい前に
訪日されたのを思い出した。
小学校を訪ねそこの小学生に
「龍の心を持ちなさい」とおっしゃられていた。
幼少期リュウジくんという近所のちょっと年上の友達がいた。
彼の家に行くと彼はキャベツを玉から手でちぎったものにマヨネーズをつけて食べていてそれをおいどんはもらって食べた。とても美味しかった。あのジャンクフード体験。
おいどんの人生にもこんなにも龍がいる。
そして今も時折おいどんを訪れてくれる龍はいる。
毎朝ではないが気が向いた時に。
山梨県から飛んで来てくれる龍が。

I remember when the King of Bhutan, the smiling country, visited Japan about ten years ago.
He visited an elementary school and told the students there, "Have the heart of a dragon."
In my childhood, I had a friend named Ryuji who lived nearby and was a bit older.
When I went to his house, he would tear cabbage leaves by hand from the head and eat them with mayonnaise. I tried it too and found it very delicious. That was my first junk food experience.
There are so many dragons in my life.
And even now, a dragon visits me occasionally.
Not every morning, but when it feels like it.
A dragon flies to visit me from Yamanashi Prefecture.
