Edward Lee Chef

I was so happy to meet the chef I have admired of for so long- Edward Lee!

As a family we watched him on Netflix’s show ‘Culinary Class Wars’ and have always loved him. Our dream of one day going to his restaurant finally came true!!

My dear Korean friend, Hyungin, is like a sister to me and she made the reservation for us. It is all because of you, darling Hyungin!!

Randomly, friends and family of Edward were at the restaurant eating and would occasionally sit and talk with them!!

We were in the same place as Edward!!

I never imagined something like this would happen!

Then, he came to our table to greet us!! We were so happy to meet him, and my mom was sobbing!!

At them end, if you can believe, he gifted us a special dessert!

Whaaaaaaaaaat?? Is it? Could it be? Maybe—-? The dish he made in the final round of ‘Culinary Class Wars’ and was his ‘signature dish’ that he invented and called ‘Creative Tteok-bokki?!?’

He made something for us that was not on the menu!

You can imagine how happy we felt and how lucky we are!! 

When I met him my mind became blank and I am sad I couldn’t express my feelings to him. 

Feasting on this beautiful food and meeting Edward is an experience I will always treasure.

Edward, thank you so much!! I will forever be your fan and be supporting you!!

And to my dearest Hyungin- you are the BEST!!
