H-CMP’s customized exercise prescription, which is prosecuted after an accurate diagnosis of the body condition through Medifit Test, is composed of 4 steps: body conditioning, body balancing, body reforming and body relaxing.


First, body conditioning consists of customized fascia relaxation, stretching and joint movement range recovery. 

In this process, over 100 million fascia over the whole body are relaxed, all 600 muscles are stretched and about 280 joints movement angles are recovered. 

In other words, the fascia of the whole body hardened like a hard armor should be relaxed in order to allow over 600 muscles to move normally, and the lengths of all the symmetrical muscles should be equally and accurately stretched so that all the joints can recover.

Body condition is a circulation exercise program that leads your body, whether it’s normal or in need of treatment, into the optimal body condition for exercise.
