つまり、「普段(平時)から危ない所を知ると、そこを何とかしようと思うから、備え るので何かあっても大丈夫。」 と言うことです。 「備えあれば患いなし」だけが有名になってしまったのですが、その前の「知る」事 が大事なのです。
