cold weather and cold room

What a cold it is. I can not spend a time in my room.

Yeah, I know I can turn on the air condition but it is cost a lot.I try not to use it every year.
It is more eco than using electricity to heat the room.

That's why I wear a lot.... it might be worse for my stiff neck.....


Eco is hard to keep on. Somebody give me a devise to worm up in my room....
