How did you feel when you considered asking your parents for that gift? Did you get it? Friday READ Read Matthew 7:7–12. DO Give each family member several slips of paper. Ask them to write a blessing they have received from God on each slip of paper. Pass around the box you labeled “God’s Gift Box.” Each family member can share what they have written and then place their papers in the box. REPEAT Say the power text aloud from memory. PRAY Form a prayer circle around the box and thank God as a family for meeting all your needs and for His never-ending supply of grace.
