The moment I saw this house, I was absolutely excited!!
I watched the film 'My Neighbour's Totoro' many years ago, and I wondered how the house looked in the film for a while........... Then I felt it looked absolutely like the one in the story.
I wished I could see the inside of the house, but I could not help it. I would definitely like to try again!!
There were some beautiful trees in that area, and I thought it was a perfect setting for Satsuki&May's House!

I could see that there was a bus stop in front of the house. Though I could not get closer, what I could see was much more than I had expected!! (I had expected that the house looked tiny from the distance, so I was not disappointed at all.)
Well, it is a big news right now that Ghibuli park is going to open here in 2022! So that means this place will be inundated!! I would definitely like to visit here again when it opens, but I would like to visit this house and see the inside before long. I am not a huge fan of all the Ghibuli films, but I am a huge fan of 'Totoro' and 'Kiki's Delivery Service', to tell the truth.
