寒い朝。陽がでていても暖かくならない。毎朝４５分間早足散歩するのが日課。ここ１ヶ月ほどスイスの山間部はものすごい好天。湖地区は濃霧に沈む。スイス語ではこれをミルクスープの中にいるみたいと言います。
Very cold morning today. Sunny but not really warming. 45 minutes heavy walking I do every day. Sunny last 4 weeks in Swiss mountains, means 4 weeks heavy fog in the lake area. We call this "In the milk soup".
