法務省の東日本入国管理センター（茨城県牛久市）で８月、収容中の中国籍の男性に対し、巡回などをする職員が「外国人をいじめるのが楽しい」と暴言を浴びせていたことが１３日、同センターへの取材で分かった。面会を通じ男性から事実関係を聞いた外国人支援団体が抗議し、入管センターは男性に謝罪。この職員は収容者の処遇を担当する部署から外されたという。
