Yosakoi 2008.
The weather was very good this year even though this dance festival is famous for wet sky. When Yosakoi starts, begins in Sapporo summer. This year also danced over 40’000 dancers with 240 groups from 13 nations such as Brazil, Kenya and New Zealand. The festival rules are as follows;
Have to carry castanets like instruments called Naruko
Every group has to dance with music called Soranbushi (Fisher’s labour song)
