この度、みなさまに
もっともっとわたしたちのことを知っていただきたく
ブログを始めることにしました
ブログやSNSにはまったく素人な私たちですが、
福祉美容のプロであるわたしたちの
日々の記録や思いを残していきたいと思いますので、
お時間あるときに是非こちらのブログへ足を運んでください

さて、今日は第一回ということなので、
はーとりんぐの発足について少し触れてみたいと思います。
はじまり、はじまり
代表 春元はもともと、街の美容室で働いていました。
いわゆる一般的な美容師ですね
お客さまが美容室にきて、美容師はそれを待つかたち。
しかし、日々のサロンワークを重ねる中で、
様々な理由で美容室に足を運ぶ事ができない方が
多くいらっしゃることを知りました・・・
「来れないなら、わたしたちが伺えばいいじゃない
」
そう思い立ったものの、ふと一旦停止。
「ん
なにをどうすれば
」
その時の自分には何もスキルが無いことに気付かされたんです
言わずもがな、カットもできます。パーマもカラーもできます。
でもそれはあくまで、美容室の中でのお話です。
十分なスペースや照明、大きな鏡、昇降式の椅子、シャンプー台、
すべて自分たちに有利な環境です。
しかし、
ご自宅、病院、施設、場所が違えば勝手も違うし、
限られたスペースと設備で、できるだけ短い時間で施術を行う必要がある。
お体の状態も違う、体調や心への配慮も十分にしないと。
椅子に座っていただくのかか、車いすか、はたまたベッド上か。
それぞれのお客さまへどうしたら最適なサービスを提供できるだろうか。。
何もわからなかったんです
そこで今から15年前、
NPO法人 全日本福祉理美容協会
福祉理美容師養成講座を受講しました
受講をきっかけに、改めて訪問理美容、福祉理美容師に強い思いを抱き、
訪問理美容はーとりんぐを始めることとなりました
そんな代表の熱い思いに賛同した美容師がどんどん集まり、
今では十数名ほどの大家族となり、今に至ります。
総合ビューティーを通して、ひとりでも多くの方を笑顔にしたい。そんな理念を胸に、日々技術を磨き、活動しています。
今後のブログでは、日々の活動を記録できたらと思っております。

Representative Harumoto originally worked at a hair salon in the town.
She is what you would call a typical hairdresser.
Customers come to the salon and the hair stylist waits for them.
However, in the course of daily salon work,

who are unable to visit beauty salons for various reasons...
---If they can't come, why don't we visit them?
I thought to myself, but then I paused. Then I realized,
---Hmm? What should we do?
I didn't have any skills at that time.
I don't have to tell you, but I can also cut.
We can also do perms and color without probelems.
But that is just the story in a beauty salon.
Ample space, lighting, large mirrors, elevating chairs, and shampoo tables,
It is all an environment that is favorable to us.
However,
Different homes, hospitals, facilities, and locations have different needs,
The treatment must be performed
in a limited space and with limited facilities,
The condition of the patient's body is also different,
and we need to give sufficient consideration
to the patient's physical condition,
---How could we provide the best service to such people?
I had no idea.
So 15 years ago now,
NPO All Japan Welfare Hairdressing Association
I attended a training course for welfare barbers and beauticians.
This was the beginning of a new passion for home-visit hairdressing and welfare hairdressers,
I decided to start Heart Ring Home-Visit Barbering.

The head of the company,
who was passionate about this idea,
was supported by a group of beauticians,
We are now a large family of about 10 people.
WE want to make as many people as possible smile
through comprehensive beauty services.
WE want to be more and more close
to everyone's desire to be beautiful.
With this philosophy in mind,
we are working hard every day and improve our techniques and activities.
