御巣鷹山に墜落したJAL123便。
副操縦士のご遺族は、我々には何があったか知る権利があるとJALにボイスレコーダーの開示請求をしました。
が、JALは開示せず。
だから裁判になったのです。
結果は今朝のサッカーと同様、残念なものとなりました。
「もう何十年も前に和解しているんだから、開示請求は棄却」とのこと。
むむむむっ！
私もなにがあったのか、真実が知りたーい！！
I ran and ran last night to catch up all things I had to do. So tired but so happy. We deeply thank you for being filled with all the tables, my heart and cash register.
Every customer went home early yesterday to watch soccer. Unfortunately Japan run ends with shootout.
I didn’t watch the match but heard it by news program a few minutes ago.

I’ve been waiting so long for having this book entitled “JAL trial “.
The family of copilot on JAL123 demanded the disclosure of the voice recorder to JAL but it was refused. So they accused JAL for claiming their right to know what really happened on that day. (JAL123 crashed into Mt. Osutaka on August 12th in 1985. )
I brought this book to Haneda airport and red it in front of B767 that belongs to JAL.
I felt realistic sensations !
Unfortunately, The Court dismissed this case but I am one of them who strongly want to know what happened in JAL123 on August 12th in 1985.
