春風は 野を吹き来り 蕎麦の花 僅かに揺れて 夏を誘(いざな)ふ


令和六年五月十三日


先日わが町の外れを逍遥す

広き野辺には田に水を張る人処々にあり

なかに一処白き小さき花のあまた咲きたるあり

野を吹き来る春風は蕎麦の花を僅かに揺らし夏を呼びたり


The other day I took a walk on the outskirts of my town.

Here and there, you can see people filling the rice fields with water.

Among the fields there was one where many small white flowers were blooming.

The spring breeze that blows across the fields sways the buckwheat flowers slightly and calls summer.
