土佐水木は早春に咲く
昨日あさ空模様優れぬなか駅に向かふ
道の端には土佐水木の黄色き花の咲き誇りたり
土佐の花咲けば吉野の桜も間も無くならむ

Yesterday morning, I headed to the station while the sky was not looking good.
Winter hazel was in full bloom beside the road.
The flowers native to the warm Tosa region have bloomed, so Yoshino's cherry blossoms will soon bloom as well.
