早春の 碧き空には 雲飛びて 河津桜の 早も咲きたり

昨日隣町の神社を訪ふ
参りたる後辺りを歩く
ほど近き堀川に並ぶ河津桜は今を盛りと咲きたり
早春の空は深く碧して白雲僅かに空を飛ぶ
Yesterday I visited a shrine in a neighboring town.
After visiting the shrine, I took a walk around the area.
The Kawazu cherry blossoms on the banks of the nearby narrow moat are in full bloom.
The early spring sky is deep blue with only a few white clouds.
