道の端に 花影涼し 李(スモモ)咲く 弥生三月 陽は溢れつつ

昨日半年ぶりの眼科検診あれば十条の街を訪ひたり
用済みて駅に向かふ路のある家の前に何の花なるか白き花咲きたり
桜は未だ咲かず梅は終りなればおそらくは李の類ならむ
弥生三月の陽は街に溢れて花影は涼し
When I was walking in the city of Jujo yesterday, the bright light of spring was overflowing in the city.

The shadow of the flowers is sharp in the light of March.
