秋の陽の 斜交いに射し 路の端に 芋酢漿(イモカタバミ)の 赤き花咲く
令和二年十月二十七日
先日我が町を歩きおれば路の端に芋酢漿の花咲きたり
この花生命力強くして路のそこここに咲きたり
秋の陽は日中なれど低くし
花の影は斜交いに伸びて冬の近きを思わせにけり
The other day, pink-sorrels were blooming on the side of a road in my town.
This vibrant grass is always found beside the road from spring to autumn.
As the autumn sun was low the shadows of the flowers were long and diagonal.
