貧富の差 the difference between rich and poor/wealth gap
There are long history about wealth gap in japan.
1970's, when Japanese economy gets growth very much, Japanese people were heading in one direction such as want to buy TV, want to buy laundry machine or something. From this respect, Japanese people were equal.
However, late 1980's, agressive japanese economical growth was suddenly stoped.
The bubble economy burst. Then, the japanese economic situation has deteriorated. Japanese people did not heading in one direction anymore. they started to notice themselves, kind of indivisualism/Japnanese people awakened to indivisualism. They worked as a part-time workers, the poor in the future.
The worst is the human dispatching system of former Prime Minister Koizumi.
He established an employment system that can be "cut off" for the convenience of companies such as fixed-term employees and dispatched employees.
"Major companies have physical problems, so they won't be cut off early," he said.
Toyota has carried out a large number of decapitations and each company has followed suit.
A large number of unemployed people have occurred.
This led to the later Akihabara mass murder case.
