First of all let's review the iPhone settings
１. Turn on reducemotion
２. Turn on Reduce Transparency and Turn off Auto-Play Message Effects
( Setting → General → Accessibility → Reduce Motion・Increase Contrast )
３. Tun off Background App Refresh
( Setting → General → Background App Refresh )
The above was more effective than expected
