3年前に長男を出産した時に
クリニックで頂いたものと
全く同じ物でした
（6年前の長女の時はピンクでした）
When I gave birth to my first son three years ago,

バッグの中身は…

ありませんでした

My situation
・経膣分娩である
・会陰切開なし
・have a vaginal delivery
・No episiotomy
なので皆様がそうであるとは
断言できないのですが
そもそも…

出産前後の内診について
上2人のクリニックでは
内診台に乗ってから
助産師さんが
産褥ショーツを開けてくれて
内診します
終わった後も
新しいナプキンに
変えてくれていました
産褥ショーツの意味
ありますよね

今回大学病院だからなのか

大阪大学医学部附属病院では
自分でショーツを脱いで
内診台へ座ります
（出血してパジャマにつかないか
怖かったです
）産褥ショーツの意味なし
妊婦用ショーツで十分
代用可能
But

と書いてありますが
大体ベビー用店では
2枚1セットなので
その1セットで十分
足りると思います
（上の子の時のショーツがあれば
1番いいですね）

私は上の子の時のショーツは
全て捨ててしまってたので
冊子の通り今回2セット（4枚）
購入しました

勿体なかったです

という結論に至りました

凄くお疲れの方がいたので
お話を伺ったところ
無痛分娩の薬の仕業なのか…
産後3日経っても
頭痛が酷く
頭を上げる事がしんどい
とおっしゃっていました

私は逆に
助産師さんから
普通に産む事を

安心なお産なんてないなと
深く思いました
そして十人十色のお産なんだ
と…
なので今回のショーツの話は
私がそう感じただけなので
私と同じ境遇にある方は
是非参考になさって頂けたら
幸いです
