ブログを毎日更新するのは、
難しいけれど、英語の勉強はちゃんと続けていますヘ(゚∀゚*)ノ
Reading:課題は少しずつ難しくなってきているけれど、
意味はほとんど理解できているかな。ちょっと、分からない単語があるけれど。
Listening:ニュースで英会話をディクテーション。
あとはニュースウォッチ9やトラッドジャパン等、
英語を聞く。ながら聴きのせいか、リスニング力はあまりついていない?!
昨日は、スムージーを英語で教わる講座に行ってきたけど、
分からない部分もちょこちょこあった。
やっていること見てれば、大体は分かるけど。
英語でさっと反応できるようになりたい(-^□^-)
Words&Phrases:毎日音読してはいるけれど、
しっかり記憶に残るようにしないと、結局使えないからなぁ。

My colleague began to plan an English training at work.
As she graduated from a university in the U.S..,
she has a good command of English.
She has been thinking about the way of motivating other colleagues
in order to study English. First, she started
to have some colleagues read a English book “The 5 Levels of Leader”.
I join the group. According to the book,
there are five levels of leadership. Firstly, position. It means that
people follow you because they have.
Secondly, permission. It means that people follow you because they
want to. Thirdly, production. It means that people follow
because of what you have done for your organization.
Fourthly, people development. It means that people follow because of
What you have done for them. Fifthly, pinnacle. It means that people follow
because of what you are and what you present.
Since I think a leader is not position but act, I can understand what the book is written.
However, as I have a lot of unknown words in the book,
I feel that I cannot well understand the contents of the book.
I’m a leader as a position at my company, but I cannot do anything as a leader.
I’m still in the first level.

I've gained weight this winter. I always gain weight this season.
But, I’m surprised at the way of getting fat this time. Too much!!
Did I eat so much? I want to lose weight,
because my friend’s wedding will be held two weeks later.
I don’t know how I should lose weight only two weeks, but I have to try.
It’s pity to be fatty in my photos.
My husband has been to Nagoya for a business trip for a while.
When he isn't at home, I tend to eat too much,
because nobody points my mistake which I eat too much.
In April, a charity marathon will be held.
My company asks employees to join as a part of CSR.
We have to pay all entry fees by ourselves, though.
I will join it.
I had bothered a lot which I should join 10km or a half marathon.
Finally, I've decided that I tried to run a half marathon for the first time.
Can I lose weight then?

My boss had been absented from work since about last autumn.
I don’t the real reason why he had been absented.
But, they say that he suffered from depression.
I hear that some other employees are also absent because of mental problems.
It is said that many people have mental problems in the IT industry, so-called “3K”
(,and). This means “Kitsui”(Hard), “Kaerenai”(Can’t go home) and
“Kyuryo ga yasui (Cheap salary) in Japanese. Fortunately, I have never heavy mental problems.
I always think too much about the meaning of my job and I often want to quit my job, though.
The boss has come to the office since last Friday, but I have talked to him yet,
because I don’t come to what I talk to him.
I’m afraid that what I say to him may make him become sick again.
As he is quiet as ever, maybe he doesn't talk to me in the future.

My husband and I went to Japan Racing Association today.
We took part in the free problem for beginners.
Before going there, we ate lunch at an American restaurant.
We had a humberger and beef stew.
Both of them were delicious. Especially, bread was good.
At the JRA, we learned how to buy racing tickets and
Read newspapers of racing.
I bought some tickets each race.
The racing area was so broad that I could feel relaxed.
Finally, I couldn't win only one out of seven races.
With the prospect of professionals in the newspaper,
checking the condition of the horses and inspiration,
I may win the race more.

I had a lesson of smoothies today.
The smoothies are fresh juice mixed fruits and vegetables with a blender.
It is said that it is so good for your health.
The lesson was held by an American woman.
She gave the lesson in English.
Before the lesson, I must have attended a business meeting.
As it took longer time than I expected, I could't meet the lesson on time.
All attendances were women and nice people.
Some of them were foreigners.
The American instructor recommended that we drink fresh lemon juice every morning.
I thought it was hard to squeeze lemons every morning.
She said if we would have continued to drink lemon juice every morning
for two weeks, we would feel the good effects.
I’ll try it. Of course, we also learned the smoothies of today’s main theme.
I had many varieties of fruits and vegetables.
I was surprised that she used radish sprouts as ingredients of juice.
The taste of this juice tasted a little bitter and hot.
It was a new taste.
If I make smoothies every morning, It will take much money.
I couldn't understand every what she said.
It was difficult to response to the question.
Other Japanese attendances spoke English fluently.
I want to be like that.
