I'll write a short essay about this .
Today,many young woman always say "I'm on a diet."
Take this tendency into consideration,we are very interested in diet.
However I have heard that bad diet do more harm than good.
So,I think that diet have a very important roll for our health.
For exeample,if you don't want to get on weight and you don't eat any meat,your body will become thin.
However If you continue the attitude,you will catch a cold easily and your skin will lose its lively.
That is,your body become weak.
Strictly prohibiting somthing is not only bad for our body,but also bad for our mind.
So I think it is very important for us to do good diet.
Then what is good diet?
I think, proper exercise,for example swimming and running, or not trying to eat too much snacks,for example cookies and chocolates, is good diet.
If you do good diet,you will lose your weight or will be able to keep your weight and you can enjoy your daily life.
Effect of diet is so deep on our health that we should not do diet without serious thinking.
