The SuperSports 600cc category of the PETRONAS FIM Asian Grand Prix 2008 will heads for grand finale at the Zhuhai International Circuit, China on December 12-14. With 10 races down and two more to go in the final round, the SuperSports 600cc title chase is going down the wire with Toshiyuki Hamaguchi leading the standings by only 4-point.

Fuad’s teammate, Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman is currently third with 117 points while Mohd Zamri Baba is fourth with 108 points. Indonesian, M. Fadli (Suzuki IRC Umild AHRS) claimed the fifth spot in the standings with 101 points.

in the previous round to ensure he is in full control in of the Championship’s premier class.By taking his fifth chequered flag of the season in Race 1 (Round 5) and finished third in Race 2, he not only managed to close the gap but successfully snatched the lead from Fuad. All he needs to do now in the final leg is to stay ahead of Fuad in both races
and the 2008 coveted crown will be his to take home.
