早速栗の甘露煮を作りました。
結局ジャスト500ｇでした。
お茶は静岡産の掛川茶です

前の晩に20分弱火で栗を茹でました。
実はそれを忘れてしまいまして
今日作りました （＾u＾)
この写真は３００ｃｃの水に
お砂糖を100ｇ入れて、お砂糖が
溶けた後に入れたクリです。
Ieri sera ho bollito con fuoco devole circa
20 minuti
Cioe' ho dimenticato di cucinare quelli che
ho fatto e ho cucinato oggi.
Questo foto sono castagne che
ho metto acqua di 300 cc dopo
sono sciolti zuccheri di 100g

Yesterday I boiled with low heat around
20 minutes.
So it's means that I forgot to cooke
what I did it and I cooked it today.

栗を15分煮ている間、隣では瓶に湯通しを
していました。
Mentre bollendo castagne per 15 minuti,
al fianco stavo lavando le bottiglie con l'acqua calda
While boiling chestnut for 15 minutes,
I washed some bottles with hot water in beside
瓶をよく乾燥した後栗の甘露煮を
いれました。
Dopo ho seccato bene le bottiglie,
ho metto castagne di Kanroni
After dried bottles well,
I put chestnut of Kanroni
