The People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy has held a number of drills to improve its combat capability and to maintain strategic and long-term interests, the PLA Daily reported on Friday. The PLA Navy has conducted various training missions in the South China Sea, the East China Sea, the South China Sea, the South China Sea, the East China Sea, the South China Sea and the South China Sea, the report said. The PLA Navy has conducted the largest joint drill since the start of its reform and opening-up, the second BRICS Naval Force drill, in 2013. The drills, which are held every five years, are conducted in the South China Sea, the East China Sea, the South China Sea, the South China Sea and the East China Sea. They include joint patrols, joint exercises and joint rescue operations, according to the report. Since the PLA Navy started to take part in joint drills with other countries in the early 1970s, it has held more than 60 such drills.
