We’ll hold the sake expert seminar in Yokote of Akita prefecture(north of Japan).
You’ll get the sake basic knowledge and you’ll pass the exam, you can get the license of sake expert in this class.
After the seminar, we prepare to visit the sake brewery “Hinomaru sake brewery” which make the “Mansaku-no-Hana”. This sake brewery’s Toji(top of brewery manager) got some prominent awards. This tour is valuable experience for you.
Unfortunately, we have only Japanese language class(also text), but if you’d like to join us, we welcome you. We hope that you learn the sake and Japanese culture in Akita, because Akita is the best sake breweries town in Japan.
