These dishes were pretty delicious and the foodstuff was high quality. Unfortunately, one part of sake was little bit old. It had degraded smell. The degraded smell’s name is the “Hineka”(老香). It’s means oxidized smell. Probably the sake was old and time had passed since opening. The sake was Nama-sake(no-pasteurization Sake). The nama-sake is easy to degrade.
