When I was a junior high school student, learned cup cake. It was very delicious in my memory and made several times since then. Lost the recipe at that time, then used the recipe from my book. The book tells how to combine flour, egg, sugar, butter,,,but I followed my teacher's way to mix those ingredients. Then it became soft and light cup cakes !Hurray !
Want to decorate them lovely, but still my technique is on the way to development.
Tried icing, but a little thin, maybe need more sugar, and want to use cream and some twinkle decorates.
Maybe next time I will try it. Strawberry or other fruits always make sweets fashionable !
It's OK to eat as it is, but became to think how it can use for some desert now. Ideas doesn't come easily, usually take it from TV and someone's idea. Even though taking it ideas, one's viewpoint must be different, and people can make new own things. Wow ! Most of things are deep when you start ,dream grow bigger and bigger
