Made chocolate brownie for my daughters as presents yesterday. On that day, I baked breads in the morning, and only one hour later started to bake it. Because it was suddenly decided to meet and have lunch together, and thought about bringing some nice sweets. Usually I send them pictures just to see my cakes, if their houses are close to mine, I can always share them.
As for this sweet, it was the first time to make by myself after the lesson. Remembered gradually, eggs and sugar should have been more mixed well, remembered about way of mix, tempreture and so on. Anyway,it's done !
Feel something different from the last one, appearance should be more beautiful and something clearer shape. Guess need to make them several times.
I tasted a little piece that is good, and chocolate flavor last whole evening.
