It was so hot that I didn't want to take a step outside
in this summer.
So I usually stayed home.
Yesterday,I went to Umeda for the first time in a month.
Since I don't get enough exercise my muscles are sore.
この夏は暑くて、ほとんど家に居た。
その結果、一カ月ぶりに梅田に行って
チョロチョロしたら
翌日、足が筋肉痛になった。
確実に衰えてしまっている。。。
