I did not begin by saying "how are you" today.
朝は、曇っていたけど、昼には青空が広がったよ。
It was clouded in the morning but turned out to a
beautiful day.
今年は、寒くなくて、ホワイトクリスマスにはならなかった。
This year, it was not so cold that we did not enjoy white Christmas.
クリスマスは、みんな家でゆっくりと過ごすから、街が
最も静かになる日なんだ。
Everyone stays at home quietly on Christmas day and
therefore cities are also most quiet.
アメリカは、明日もやすみだ。なにをしようかな？
Tomorrow is national holiday too. I wonder what to do.
