実家のかたずけや不動産屋さんとのうち合わせで、週末はあっという間に過ぎました。
エイブルとアパマンの無作法について書きましたが、ミニミニも同じでした。
もっと困ったのは、実家にある家具、家電を買い取り業者に引き取りを依頼したのですが、5年以上たっていると引き取れないと言われ、遠路来て収穫なしだぁーなんてぼやかれまして、家電に関しては、年数など、電話で確認しなよ。こちらが悪者みたいに言ってくるのは違くないか。とまあ、業者運に恵まれない中、
昨日は、埼玉の西の端の坂戸市からはるばる司法書士の先生が相続登記の件で来てくれました。じかにお会いするのは実に5年ぶりかな。先生にはヘーベルハウスを立てていただき、お客様をご紹介いただいたりと、良い関係を維持させていただいてましたので、業者運に恵まれない中、癒されました。
いろいろと面倒な申請も代行していただけたり、知っていると助かる知識を授けていただけたので、大変ありがたかったです。

そして今日は、実家のエアコンを新しくするためにヘーベルの電気工事をしている親方の所へ久しぶりに電話して、水道屋さんにすぐにつなげてもらいました。プロは早いね。水道屋とエアコンが結びつかない方が多いでしょうが、元エアコン業者の水道工事店の主任さんです。ヘーベル営業をしてた頃は、少しでも金額を安くするために、2人ンでエアコン付けに行ってました。今はオフレコですが。明日現調に来てくれるそうで、やはりプロは動きが速いですね。言うまでもありませんが、物資の依頼はしました。Good evening everyone. Anyway, in the midst of my bad luck with the company, a lawyer came all the way from Sakado, the western edge of Saitama, yesterday to help me with inheritance registration. It’s been about 5 years since I met him in person. He built a Hebel House for me and introduced me to clients, so I’ve maintained a good relationship with him. I was healed by his visit in the midst of my bad luck with the company. He also helped me
with various troublesome applications and gave me knowledge that was helpful to know, so I was very grateful.

Today, I called the electrician who is doing Hebel’s electrical work to replace the air conditioner at my parents’ house and he immediately connected me to the plumber. Professionals are fast. Although many people may not associate plumbers with air conditioners, he is the chief of a plumbing company that used to be an air conditioning company. When he was selling Hebel, he and another person went to install air conditioners as cheaply as possible. It’s off the record now. He said he would come to inspect it tomorrow, and professionals really move fast. Needless to say, I have requested the necessary supplies.
