This trip is for those H.I.O.C members who are not into skiing or snowboarding and those members who are not ready to hit the ski fields yet.
このイベントはスキーやスノーボードをしない、又はスキー場に行く準備の出来ていないHIOCメンバー向けです。

Where: Sapporo area
Level: Easy to Moderate
Height: 827 meters
Hiking time up : 2 hours and a half ( approximately )
Hiking time down : 1 hour and a half ( approximately )
Total time : 5 hours including one hour lunch break

下山時間：１時間半くらい
合計時間：１時間のランチタイムを含めて５時間くらい



Mt Toshi-yama is great day hike in the Sapporo area with a slow climb to the peak which has a nice view of the city.
In mid November the autumn colors are finish but we usually get the first snows that make this hike interesting and fun.
Usually the snow isn’t that deep and not difficult to walk through .
The trail can be slippery at times so having good footwear with good grip is a must plus the right clothes for hiking in cool or cold temperatures.
砥石山はゆるい登りと、市街のいい景色が楽しめる札幌地区のいい日帰り登山コースです。
１１月中旬には紅葉は終わっていますが、通常このコースがもっとお面白くなる初雪がある頃です。
コースは滑りやすくなっていると思われますので、いいグリップのいい靴を履いていくことと、気温も低いと思われますので、低い気温での登山に適した服装が必要です。

Meeting Place and time:
Bus:
Meet at Makomanai Subway station near the main entrance at 8.30 am
From Makomanai subway station we will catch a bus to the start point of the hike.
To come back we will take the same bus back to Makomanai station
Car:
People wanting to go there by their own car will meet at the car park at the entrance of the Nakanosawa hiking route at 9 am.
待ち合わせ場所：
バス：
地下鉄真駒内駅改札口近くに8：30に待ち合わせ
真駒内駅からバスに乗ってスタート地点まで行きます。
帰りも同じバスに乗って、真駒内駅に戻ります。
車：
ご自分の車で参加ご希望の方は、砥石山中ノ沢登山ルート入口に午前９時集合。

After the hike if some people want to, we can go to Sapporo station and go to a izakaya for .
2nd party .
２次会：
ハイキングの後は、希望者がいれば、札幌駅の居酒屋で２次会も行けます。

Non-members living in Hokkaido: Y500 pp
Non-members not living in Hokkaido: Y3,500
