I would like to write about professionalization of the Olympic Games first this time.
From the first, the Olympic Games have restricted entry qualifications only to the amateur player from the time of inauguration. However, since there was a state amateur problem of the old Communist bloc, the amateur provision was deleted from the Olympic Charter at 75th IOC general meeting held in Vienna, the capital of Austria, in 1974. Furthermore, in order to also meet the expectation of a spectator and a viewer, a ban came to be gradually removed on the professional player's participation. A game level of the sport, the political power and economic strength of each country began to be asked by success of the Los Angeles convention in 1984. A professional player's participation has been urged in the flow. In the Barcelona convention in 1992, "Dream Team" by the player belonging to NBA of America was formed at the basketball item. It became the big center of attention. 
This convention was the first Summer Olympics to be held after the end of the cold war. The political tone of the conclusion of the Cold War to the Olympic Games became thin. Moreover, the state amateur also disappeared. On the other hand, the entertainment and doping or bribe to an IOC committee came to be performed. The problem related to the ethics side of the person and organization which participates in the Olympic Games came to surface frequently.
Finally, I would like to write about the first Tokyo Olympic Games in Japan to be held. Tokyo Olympic Games is the first Olympic Games to be held in Japan which returned the right of holding of 1940 annual conferences. Japan which was defeated in World War II and accomplished rapid revival historically had the meaning of returning to the center of international society again. Moreover, it is also the first Olympic Games in history in a colored race state. Furthermore, the colonial rule by European countries or the United States was broken from the 1940s to the 1960s. The first participation by Asia and African countries which finished independence one after another succeeded one another. This convention became the highest ever number of participation countries. The institution for a game, athletes' dormitories, and a public transportation facility were built and fixed towards holding of this Tokyo Olympic Games.
In addition, the hotel for accepting a watching-a-game visitor was also built and improved. Various construction and maintenance were made not only in the inside of Tokyo but in Japanese every place.
