Today, I would like to talk about the music of Japan. There are various kinds of music in Japan, like gagaku, syoumyou, nagauta. Gagaku is one of the music of the court music. There are more than one thousands history.
Thirdly, most of the Japanese music speed is slow at first, and become more and more quickly gradually, it also become slowly at the end of the music. Finally, because it has been important for Japanese people to use “word” from the ancient time, there had more music using “word” than the music only using instrument.
Next, I would like to introduce the feature of Japanese music. There are four points for it. First, there isn’t any rhythm in Japanese music. To say easily, it is the music that can’t beat time with hands. It is different from the music of Europe that beating time with hands. Secondly, contrary to the Europe music that has regular chord, there isn’t any regular chord in Japanese music.
