Dining bar SUPERFINE.
The other day, I practiced to draw with my friend who is studying art
in his country at a bar.
We sat facing each other with a glass of beer and we had drawn the other
face for one hour.
This practice is very important for me, and this time was very nice experience
for me.
After the drawing, we played billiards. We had a great time, but he have gone
back to Spain... I'm so sad now...
West Indian American Day Parade and Carnival.
Yesterday, the biggest carnival in New York was held near the Prospect Park
in Brooklyn. The name is West Indian American Day Parade and Carnival.
A lot of Caribbean wearing various costumes paraded down the street with
dancing.
I went to see that carnival with my friends.
My roommate said...
There are some shooting accidents in that carnival every year...
Hahahaha:-) Here is the United States, I remember...
The street was very crowded and noisy.
People,people,people...
People were having a lively time of it.
I felt like coming to the Caribbean Islands.
We enjoyed the carnival, anyway, I didn't hear any shots.
The last day of the tour.
We had to get up very early in the morning because we had not finished
the whole schedule of yesterday.
After we all had goton the bus, our guide said,
"Today, we don't have enough time to wait for people who are late for
the meeting time.”
It was not our fault for running out of the time...
At first, we got on board a boat to go to the bottom of the Niagara Falls.
The boat approached the falls, and we poured mist over ourseves.
We got different feelings about the Niagara Falls from last night.
It was powerful and dynamic!!
Then, we joined the attraction "Cave Walk.”
We walked right side of the falls by ourselves with sandals and rain jackets
which were included in the attraction.
Water of the falls poured us without mercy, and that seemed like a storm.
Our clothes got soaked in the falls in spite of wearing rain jackets.
When we went back to the bus, we needed to change our clothes.
We wanted to take our clothes out from a trunk, but the driver became
angry...
"You can't see that sign?!”
The sign showed that a bus could stop here only for picking up and dropping
off. But... our clothes were terribly wet...
The guide said,
"We will take a rest for lunch soon, please be patient until that time.”
When we arrived at a rest area, the last accident(?) was happened.
Our guide had a quarrel with some passengers.
We requested to have 1 hour for the lunch time, but the guide said we
didn't need 1 hour for the lunch.
In the end, she said,
"If we get NY later than schedule, can you pay the any extra fee?!”
The reason that we weren't on the schedule was YOU!!
After all, we bought something to eat and came back to the bus.
On our way to NY, we were caught in a traffic jam, but we arrived in NY
without much delays.
