Last weekend

I had nothing special to do last weekend.
I went to the fast food the restaurant and I studied English

by myself last Saturday.
I learned how to use the article a little.
"Advice" is uncountable noun but "system" is countable noun.

It's difficult for me.

I had a Teriyaki chicken burger, a french fries, and Iced tea for lunch.

I bought new trees yesterday.

I already had the same type of trees but I wanted to get them anyway.

I love their leaves. Especialy when it waves in the breeze.

They make a whispery sound when the breeze blows .

Two weeks has passed since I planted the seeds.
I protect my seeding from the heat using a cheesecloth during daytime

that's why some seedings grow spindly because of the lack of sunlight.

But it's okay. They look having much energy.

I will continue observing them. That would be fun.

Fried xiaolongbao again

I cooked a fried xiaolongbao again today.

You can see the recipe below.

Ingredients:
Xiaolongbao wrap-
all-purpose bread flour 100g
water 50ml
Filing-
ground pork 150g
1 table spoon of minced ginger and grated ginger
2 table spoons of soy sauce
1 table spoon of oyster sauce
minced leek 10cm

Direction:

1. Pour water little by little to all-purpose bread flour and make knead dough by hand until it's elastic. And then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Mix 5 ingredients of the filing.

3. After 30 minutes of refrigeration, divide the dough in 12 portions.

4. Wrap the filing in the dough.

5. Fry it on a frying pan until the bottom is brownish. And then add 1/2 cup water to the pan. And then steam, cover the frying pan until all the water has vaporized.

I need to cook a xiaolongbao again and again but it was delicious
