コスモス、リンドウ、ケイトウ…秋に咲く花は意外に華やかですが、色合いは少しシックで格好良い。のどかな気候の中 秋の花色に染まる野原の風景を表した和菓子を作ってみました。
ドライフルーツやナッツをたっぷり使った紫芋の蒸し羊羹はさまざまなお茶やお菓子に良く合います。
『秋麗Shurei〜ナッツ&ドライフルーツの蒸し羊羹Mushi-yokan』
The hue of autumn flowers is chic and gorgeous. I cooked the sweets which expressed the scenery of the field where autumn flowers bloomed. Flavors of nuts and the dried fruit fit various drinks and liquor well.
