The autumn moon is beautiful because the air is clear. Japan has its own custom of adoring the moon, which is still a little missing two days before, rather than the full moon. It is said that this day is also called "Kuri-meigetsu" because it also means a chestnut harvest festival. So I made Japanese sweets using chestnuts. I made Japanese sweets that express the scenery of the moon rising in the sky where the sunset remains. The flavors of chestnut match well with various drinks.
