そんな初夏の風景を表したお菓子を作ってみました。梅酒風味の水羊羹は いろいろな飲み物やお酒に良く合います。
『青梅羹〜梅酒の水羊羹風Mizu-yokan』
It is the season when green leaves dancing in wind are dazzling shiningly and are beautiful. The wind of the fragrance of the young leave relaxes me. So I cooked the cake which expressed scenery of such early summer. Sweet jellied bean paste of the plum wine flavor matches various drinks and liquor well.
