キリッと凛々しく咲き誇る向日葵畑の風景を表した和菓子を作ってみました。
生姜シロップ風味の寒天液の中に生のパイナップルを花弁の様に散りばめたら、ピリッと美味しい夏の味。
生姜は体を温め 風邪予防や食あたりにも効くので、冷房で冷えた体に良いかも⁉︎

夏空色のお皿に乗せて 今が盛りの夏を楽しみます！生姜の爽やかな風味はいろいろな飲み物に合いそうです。

Sunflowers bloom under hot weather bravely. The big, yellow flower is just like a summer image.
I made the sweets which expressed the scenery that sunflowers bloomed vividly. I was studded with fresh pineapples like a petal in the agar of the ginger flavor. These sweets match various drinks and liquors.
