日毎 春めく陽射しの中でキラキラ産毛の様な花を咲かせるネコヤナギ。
見かけはちょっと地味だけれど 何故だか気になる花です。
光の春を感じさせてくれる ネコヤナギを模したお菓子を作ってみました♪
白い練り切りの中からうっすら透けて見える抹茶餡が春めく大地の- Pussy willow makes flowers such as the cat hair at the end of winter. I feel charm to these unique flowers very much.
So I cooked Nerikiri(Japanese sweets) which expressed flowers of pussy willow.
- Green tea bean jam is transparent through a white Nerikri…It's just like the earth which has begun to send out buds.
These sweets match tea , coffee and liquor well.
