爽やかな生姜の香りがお茶にもお酒にも合いそうです。
Japanese dry confectioneries flavored with ginger. I served them on a green triangular plate. It is like the field of narcissus blooming in profusion in winter.
The dish is a work of Mami Furukawa. She is former staff of the ceramic art classroom.
