Tuna cutet
I have bought this tuna cutlet with tofu donuts what I introduced before. I expected that it was very good because I believe tuna is the king of fish. Unfortunately, It was not so good. The toughness was similar to a can of tuna. It did not melt in my mouth. The parts of tuna being possible to melt by the heat of inside of someone's mouth is so high-priced. By the way, the body of tuna is divided into three parts from the head toward the tail; kami, naka, simo. According to my research, the higher the parts of tuna is, the more expensive tuna's flesh is. In other words, the flesh of around tail is more low-priced and tasteless than that of abdomen. This cutlet must have been used the flesh of around tail. I want to eat the most high priced ootoro.
Tofu donut
Because there was almost no foods in my refrigerator, I went to a supermarket. I have used a supermarket being near to my home until recently, but I noticed another one being far from my home sold meat and vegetables more reasonably. As soon as I got to there, I put low-priced pork, which is 88 yen per 100 gram, in my shopping basket. After putting some vegetables in the basket, I found tofu donut in a delicatessen. It satisfied my curiosity, and I put them into my basket. Other menu in the deli looks so delicious, so I put them into too. On the way to my home, I was lured to a crape shop by the good smell and bought a whip cream crape. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. I reached my home and tried the tofu donuts right away. It was just after fried and very good. I might get fat.
Traditional Japanese Rice Ball (TJRB)
When I eat this miso rice balls, I always remenber my grandmother. She used to make them for me before I go to practice of kendo. Although it's a digression, I joined a kedo club which my region organized. I am second grade (dan) holder in kendo. Thus, these rice balls are in my memory of childhood still now. Like this picture depicting, I am not so well to make a mass of rice. I wanted to fix the shape more triangly. It is more difficult than the appearance of wadding rice up. The taste does not chenge whether the shape is beautiful or not, but I want to know the knack. Let me know if you have that.
