Change speaker

I had used a speaker what came with my PC when I bought it. The speaker is not so bad, but I have exchanged it for better one. I had a better speaker and amplifire from three or four years ago, so I could do the replacing anytime. I can not understand why I did not replace until today, but I decided to buy a cable to connect a amplifire with my PC at last. The cable was not so expensive, and the setting procedure was not so complicated; it was just inserting the plugs into my PC and amplifire. The quality of the sound was improved amazingly by this easy work.

Sunny day

It was a sunny day after a long time. It had been boring rain in these weeks, so I was really sick for the sun. When I noticed the brightly sunlight behind the curtain, I could not help going out. It was just an usual sunny scene which I had seen again and again, but a scene what I really wanted to see is it. Shiny green leaves, a cool and comfortable breeze and my favorite music, everything makes me happy. The rainy season still continues according to a weather forecast. I don't want rainy days anymore.

What is study?

I went to my supervisor's office to ask about his new algorithm. After a lot of discussion, he brought a old notebooks and let me see them. Those were his study-notes in which many ideas or numerical formulas were written. From 1985, he has continue to write in the notebooks. He always keeps his ideas in them when he thinks of something. I had a full realization that he was a researcher while I read the wad of notebooks. To accomplish something, half-baked efforts or pains are meaningless.

What a troublesome procedure

I went to a postoffice to buy a international money order. I was impelled not to go outside because of rain, but I had to go today to register for the date when I want to take the test TOEFL. It was not so complicated but troublesome. The purchaser does not allow to do any mistake on the sheet. It was very nervous work, and I finished after two or three retrials.

I dropped in with a friend in the postoffice, so I lunched with him. We went to a Chinese noodle shop. I ate a tantan-noodle, and it was very good. The shop served another helping of rice for free, so I could eat a lot. We enjoyed talking. We will go on a hike after the rainy season. I only hope that the boring rain cloud is swept out from the sky as soon as possible.

Drink with alumnae

I drank with alumnaes who came back from Tokyo. I asked about their new life as professionals, and it was very interesting. It seemed to be held three or four parties in a week for the term of induction. An alumna will go to the Yokohama arena to watch a concert of a very famous musician. All stuffs they told was so new for me student that I had no time to be tired in this party. The problem was that I and some friends got drunk but then the alumnae didn't, though it was a party for the alumnae. A student drank sake a lot, and I was lured by his behavior. Cool alumnae and drunken students went to karaoke, but the alumnae went back to a hotel in the middle of the singing party because the time of departure was next early morning. Drunken students continued to sing until the next morning. When I went out from the karaoke, the sun already rose in the east. It was enjoyable, but I had no confidence that I could welcomed them.
