When I set up my surroundings for my music life yesterday, I found a ward what was on my mind. It was AUX. I often see the word when I look the back of audio apparatus around white and red terminal. I searched it in the Internet, and I will try to expain it in English.
AUX stands for auxiliary; it means the terminal to connect with another apparatus. Generally it is loaded in an amp or AV amp, and it connects with another apparatus like a CD or DVD player by a cable. The function is same as the line-in terminal or the terminal which is clarified the name of the apparatus like "CD" or "DVD". Because the word "auxiiary" has mean as "spare" or "for assistance", AUX terminal can connect with any other apparatuses.
