Corn

I went to a field of corn which has been managed by my parents'. They seems to work there in holiday to raise corns, kidney beans, eggplant, cucumber and so on. We went to the field to reap corns. It was so difficult to judge whether a corn was fit to eat or not. The way of the judgement is just touching the surface on the corn, and a corn that has the bumpy surface is good to eat. There were many corns which had not been full-grown, but I found a perfectly bumpy corn. The picture is that. Then we enjoyed boiled corn very much.

White lover

Do you know this cookie 白い恋人? This is a gift from my cousin. I love this cookie very much; the combination of the cookie and white chocolate is so wonderful that I could not stop to eat them. Names and nature often agree. The white chocolate must be a lover of the cookie. What a good couple they are!

There are a lot of confectioneries in my parents' home. I supposed that they are almost gift from someone, and my parents eat them little. What I did in these days was just reading BLEACH with eating these confectioneries or lying around. I worry that I get so fat in this term of homecoming. I should run and sweat after I go back to my apartment to burn the extra energy what I have ingested in these days.

BLEACH

I started to read comics BLEACH from today. I was so bored in my parents' home. I had nothing to do and only lay around at my room. To escape from the boredom, I looked around my room to find something interesting, and my eyes caught many comics my sister had left. Her interest is so wide. The realm she covers about the genre of comics is not only those for girls but also boys. Of course, there are a lot of girls' comics described the interconnection between some boys and girls. The ratio of boys' comics and girls' one seems to be 4 to 6. The comics what I know in the bookshelf was BLEACH, 銀魂, HUNTERXHUNTER and so on. I took out BLEACH and enjoyed them.

I knew recently that the comics becomes so popular. Some years ago, I had read a few stories when BLEACH started to appear on Jump. I remembered the beginning two or three stories, but everything was new behind that. It might indicate that I stopped to read Jump when BLEACH started to run. For that, I could enjoyed the almost all stories very much. The quality of Japanese comics may be higher and higher while I keep away from them.

Visit a grave

I visited an ancestor's grave. A lot of Japanese people came to the grave and put a bunch of flowers for the ancestor. The grave was located on a so high place of the graveyard, so my grandmother seems so painful when we went up the hill. I pored water in a tube of bamboo before inserting a bunch of flower in that. Taking some minutes of rest, we went to a shopping mall to buy groceries to serve for our relatives.

I am always a conveyer when I go shopping with my mother and grandmother. They put some vegetables, shrimps, squids and so on in a basket. The basket seems so heavy, but I felt easy about the weight because of a shopping cart. I thought that it was great invention. No one can do shopping without it. It was useful to reduce the customers' difficulty, but it might be a device to let us buy a lot of products.

Home

I returned home today. My mother came to my apartment to pick me up. I went shopping with her to buy some necessity of life which are so heavy to carry with my bicycle. I really want a car, so I gave subtle intimation that I long for a car to my mother. "I wish I had a car! That would make it easy to carry heavy stuffs." Her reaction was so faint. It may take more time to get my dream true. We had lunch on the way. It was buckwheat with tempura. I was so surprised at the price; it was 1200 yen for a serving!! I thought that it must be so delicious for the price. Soba was so-so, while tempra was very good. The ingredients were edible wild plants, a slice of a pumpkin and a sweet potato. Those of pumpkin and sweet potato were, I have never met with someone who dislikes them, very good. The wonderful were those of plants. What a delicious they were!! I was not so familiar with the name, so I can not tell what the plants were. One should be Taranome, probably.
