Yesterday, I & my son went to see the movie with mother group.

And one of the mother was having a hard time 'cause her son has colic & cries all night sometimes.

When I came back, I checked internet & found very interesting information.

It is from Tea Centre Website.

"Rooibos contains no colours, additives or preservatives, making it a natural beverage. It contains no caffeine. According to studies in South Africa and Japan, Rooibos has been shown to aid in health problems such as insomnia, irritability, headaches, nervous tension and hypertension. Studies also show that this tea releaves anti-spasmodic agents, which can releieve stomach cramping and colic in infants. In South Africa Rooibos has been used to treat allergies such as hay fever, asthma and eczema very effectively. It is used also to treat irritated skin. This tea contains no oxalic acid, making it a good beverage for those prone to kidney stones. Rooibos contains the minerals copper. iron and potassium, calcium, fluoride, zinc, manganese, alpha-hydroxtl (for healthy skin) and magnesium (for the nervous system).

Although Rooibos itself is very plain sour taste & little hard to enjoy if you love normal tea. But Tea Centre has this beautiful flavour tea - my favourite is "Honeybush Country Berry". Containing honeybush, strawberry leaves, raspberry and elder flower. I used to drink this tea after 34 weeks pregnant as it contains raspberry which apparently helps cervix softer for labour.

And furthermore, it seems good for skin, so why not to try it??
