ゴー・グローバルの理念をもう一度考えます。

『ゴー・グローバル→世界に羽ばたく人の会』の理念や設立趣旨に関心が寄せられる時代になってきました。ここに、設立当時のメッセージを再度掲載します。

業界や分野の垣根を取り除き、身分や地位、年令や性別を越えてヒト・モノ・情報の交流を促し、お互いが響き合いながら新しい価値を創造します。
★ 世界で活躍するアーティストやスポーツ人、伝統を頑なに守る匠職人や起業家など「本物」に触れ、そこから得られるエネルギーをあらゆる行動の原動力とします。
★世界へ羽ばたく人々が夢に挑戦し、その実現に向かって進むとき、日本の経済、産業、教育、文化を刺激し、その結果、人々に勇気を与え産業社会を活性化していきます。
★私たち、(特活)ＮＰＯ「ゴー・グローバル」は、このような理念を提唱します。そして、この理念に賛同し集う人々を支援し、行動するネットワークと情報を提供します。

設立趣旨

テーマ：NPO

成功者も、大企業家も、生まれながらに成功者や大企業家であったわけではありません。面白いことに興味を示し、アイディア、スピリッツ等をもちながら事を起こし、人に出会い、人に支えられながら成功し続け、徐々にその地位を築いてきました。
なぜ、いまアーティストやベンチャー企業家に呼びかけ、世界に目を向け意欲ある若者を育成・発展させて社会に輩出しなければならないのでしょうか。
それは、アントレプレナーや、アーティストなど、彼らの担うスピリッツこそが、産業、経済、そして社会をリバイバルさせていく起爆剤となる可能性を秘めているからです。彼らの発展は、その昔スターや大企業家、また成功者が登りつめていった軌跡が示すように、彼らが産みだすエネルギーやイノベーティブな創造力、卓越した行動力にかかっています。
今日の先進国経済を底辺で支えているのは、そういった多くの若いアーティスト、アントレプレナーやスモールビジネスのなかで働く多くの人々です。大企業もベンチャー企業も革新に努力し、その結果、あのダイナミックな世界経済を生み出しているのです。例えば、多人種と多様な価値観を有する米国においては、この革新を支える豊富な仕掛けが産業社会に組み込まれています。このよう環境にあって、日本においても今後世界を翔けチャレンジする人々が益々増え、彼らがグローバルな視野にたってこれからの日本の経済、芸術、教育、産業など多くの分野を支えてゆくことになるでしょう。
日本また世界が今必要としているのは、この革新的な創造力と行動力をもつ人々を支援する仕掛けです。その仕掛けこそがこの特定非営利活動法人 ゴー!グローバル（GO! GLOBAL THE NPO) なのです。
世界の様々なネットワークを駆使して、人と人とのつながりをもって世界に挑む人や、世界へ羽ばたく人の育成と発展をテーマとし、ひいては日本経済の活性化に寄与することを目的として設立します。

The Purpose for Establishment：
Since the end of the 20th century, “globalization” has become more and more the key factor for Japan to maintain its social system working properly.

“Globalization” soon will not only mean simply importing and exporting goods and services to and from Japan. Since the birthrate in Japan has been decreasing, we will soon face the real challenges of globalization even inside of our country. Considering how our population will change, we know it will be inevitable for Japan to further accept people from other countries. This influx of people will stimulate our society, create more opportunities, and increase the size of our market, which is what has happened in the U.S.A. and Europe.

However, there are so many differences among the U.S.A., Europe and Japan. Japan is a small island, and we have had our doors closed to the world for a long time. It is obvious that the change is going to be revolutionary and that we need to prepare for it.
But how?

That is the underlying question and the reason why we have formed this non-profit organization, Go-Global. We believe in the power of people, their wills, and their spirits. We support people who ambitiously face the challenges of globalization, and we will someday overcome its challenges if people who understand the importance of facing them can get together and work together.

We know that no one, not even the most respected people in the fields of business, politics, art, or sports, has ever been successful by him or herself. There’s no such thing as a “self-made” person. We know someone has always been there for us. Anyone who has ever spoken one word of encouragement, or showed us a path to follow, has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts, as well as our success.

If you think you are a person who has actually played, or is willing to play an active role on a global level in your respective field, or if you have done, or are willing to do anything innovative and creative, please come and join us. We provide a place where all of you can get together to face the challenges of going global.

Our mission:
We are here to provide opportunities for each and every one of our members to create unprecedented value for our futures and the future of our children. By respecting diversity and overcoming the barriers that separate different industries and specialties, we encourage our members to share and exchange a variety resources and information to accomplish this goal. Furthermore, in order to achieve this objective, there shall be no discrimination of any occupational status, age, religious orientation, gender, or race in our organization.

We provide our members with the opportunity to meet and know “real professionals” who play active roles globally in the fields of art, sports, traditional crafts, and business. We believe that the passion of these experts is one of the primary forces that moves our organization forward.

- When people have the courage to accept and face challenges in pursuit of their dreams they can enlighten and encourage others in the fields of domestic economy, industry, education, and culture. In this way, we believe that such people can eventually stimulate the whole of society in a positive manner.

“Go-Global”, a Japanese non-profit organization, functions with the previously stated ideas in mind. We support people who share these ideas and who wish to work as a network and exchange information.
