プットラーが敗戦濃厚なウクライーナ戦で、
ついに部分的な動員に踏み切った。
しかし、装備も不足しているのに、
訓練もまだ終わっていない兵士を
前線に送って、どうするのだろう。
プットラーの決定に対するネットの反応は

「ロシアが攻撃されていないのに、いったい
何を守るんだ」とかいうのが散見される。
